Yes! Elite and Luxe members are able to pause their membership for up to 3 months with 30 day written notice. Memberships that are paused are not eligible to receive membership injectable and retail discounts during paused period.

Yes! Monthly membership treatment credits do rollover and do not expire as long as your membership is active. Monthly Retail & Injectable discounts, however, do not rollover and cannot be combined with additional promotions or offers

No, unfortunately your monthly membership is for use by the member only and cannot be transferred to another person.

Yes! You can cancel your membership. The minimum monthly membership commitment for SkinRX Southlake Luxe and Elite Memberships is 6 months. There is a $200 Early Cancellation Fee if you decide to terminate your membership prior to 6 months. After 6 Months, a 30 day written notice is required to cancel your membership.

Your membership monthly cost will be auto-drafted each month. If your payment declines, a $25 fee will be assessed.
