SKINRX Clinical spa founder and CEO
Roxanne Knight
Roxanne “Roxy” Knight founded SkinRX Clinical Spa in 2015 with a singular mission: to educate clients while fostering their confidence.
Serving Southlake and the greater DFW community, SkinRX is built on results, education, and giving back.
Roxy’s passion for helping others runs deep. After navigating Rosacea, Melasma, Cystic Acne, and a melanoma diagnosis in 2014, she brings both expertise and empathy to every client and every esthetician she mentors. Beyond the treatment room, she trains the next generation of providers and consults medspa owners across the country.
She is also proud to serve on the Board of the Southlake Women’s Club, supporting local philanthropy and community initiatives. Her professional recognition includes 1st Place in The Skin Games (Age Management, 2018) and being named Dermascope’s National Favorite Licensed Esthetician (2021).
When she’s not working with clients or training professionals, Roxy and her husband can usually be found traveling, cooking, discovering new spas, and keeping up with life with their three teenagers.
Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Technician
Candice Roberts
Candice joined the aesthetic world with a passion to help others feel their very best in 2009. She is a Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer who is focused on result driven services. Using various lasers, chemical peels and several other advanced treatments her clients are always ready for their next appointment. Candice has been a client of SkinRX this last year and we are thrilled she is joining us!
When she is not in the treatment room, Candice can be found playing pickleball with her college sweetheart husband and staying busy with their two active boys! She also loves her self-care time getting regular treatments herself.
LICENSED AESTHETICIAN AND LASER TECHNICIAN
Hunter Marks
Hunter has been in the esthetics industry for almost 8 years. His passion and love for esthetics shows in his loyal clients and high star reviews.
He loves all things skincare and really enjoys working on people’s skin and making them feel gorgeous and confident.
His favorite services are Microneedling and Dermaplaning. His favorite products at SkinRX are the Alto Defense Serum by SkinBetter and the Seba-E Oil from DMK.
When he's not working you can find him with his friends and family and out on the hiking trails around Texas.

Bekah Cooper
Bekah's passion for the skincare industry comes from her mom’s skin cancer diagnosis when she was younger. She has a passion for educating and assisting in you looking and feeling your best! She's a Full-Time dog mom to her Miniature Aussie, Onyx.
When she's not in the treatment room you can find her hiking, playing volleyball, or relaxing by the pool (with her SPF of course!)

Melony Gruebmeyer
Melony has been an essential part of SkinRX’s story from the very beginning. She first joined during the spa’s early years, later stepping away to raise her four beautiful children, and has now returned to play a leading role in the growth of our clinic. As our Director of Events & Guest Services, Melony is the heartbeat of the front of house – ensuring every client feels cared for while coordinating schedules, events, and unforgettable experiences.
Passionate about community outreach, Melony is always finding ways for SkinRX to give back through donations and local partnerships. She thrives on connecting with people, building relationships, and making our clinic feel like home.
When she’s not planning events or creating magic for our clients, you’ll find her working out or spending cherished time with her family and friends. Her favorite treatments include Sculptra and Microneedling, and she can’t live without Epionce Renewal Facial Lotion.

Operations and Marketing Director
Kaitlyn Yeater
Kaitlyn brings a unique blend of business expertise and a passion for aesthetics to her role at SkinRX. She earned her degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University.
Before joining SkinRX, Kaitlyn gained years of experience managing an IV vitamin therapy business, where she developed her strong leadership skills and commitment to exceptional client care. Now, as Operations & Marketing Director, she oversees the daily flow of the spa, ensuring both clients and staff feel supported and valued while contributing to SkinRX’s continued growth.
Recently relocated to the area with her husband – who is completing his medical residency – Kaitlyn is also a proud mom to a lively two-year-old son who keeps her on her toes and inspires her every day. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her alma mater as a proud Texas Tech Red Raider. With her enthusiasm, organizational skills, and love for all things skincare, Kaitlyn is an invaluable part of the SkinRX family.

Aliscia Schnitman
Aliscia has more than 8 years of experience in esthetics and is deeply committed to helping clients feel confident in their skin. Her treatment room is thoughtfully created as a place to relax, recharge, and walk away feeling renewed and glowing.
She’s especially known for her soothing energy and signature facial massage techniques, combining results-driven skincare with a tranquil, restorative experience. Each treatment is carefully tailored to your needs, whether your goal is visible results, total relaxation, or a balance of both.

Lesli Bushnell
Lesli is the founder of Beauty Rebrand and SkinRX’s go-to for makeup, events, and creating an elevated client experience. With a sharp eye for beauty and detail, she brings a fresh, modern perspective to makeup artistry while crafting a flawless, elevated experience behind the scenes.
At SkinRX, Lesli plays a dynamic role, supporting events and marketing efforts while also stepping in as a client coordinator when needed, making sure each interaction feels thoughtful and refined.
Outside of SkinRX, Lesli is deeply connected to her faith and community. She leads a Bible study, stays active in her church, and is a proud mom of three. She and her husband also share a love for travel, often drawing inspiration from new places and experiences.
Known for her warm presence and effortless style, Lesli makes both clients and team members feel genuinely cared for. Whether she’s doing makeup or helping shape a brand vision, she adds a layer of care and consideration that makes the experience feel truly special.

Kristen Martinez
Kristen brings over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, with a strong understanding of both clinical treatments and the operational side of running a successful practice.
With experience managing aesthetic clinics, Kristen understands what it takes to create a smooth, elevated client experience while also supporting providers in doing their best work. She has a genuine passion for skincare, advanced treatments, and staying current in an ever-evolving industry.
FUN FACT: While she has held her esthetician license for many years, Kristen's career has been rooted in education, leadership, and team development rather than working behind the treatment chair. She has a unique ability to translate the “why” behind treatments into clear, practical application within a clinical setting.
Outside of work, Kristen’s most cherished role is being a grandmother. She loves spending time with her granddaughter and values balancing a fast-paced career with meaningful time spent with family.
