How long is the membership commitment?

The minimum monthly membership commitment for the SkinRX Southlake VIP Membership is 6 months.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes! VIP members are able to pause their membership for up to 3 months with 30 day written notice. Memberships that are paused are not eligible to receive membership injectable and retail discounts during paused period.

Does the $75 Rollover?

The $75 does not rollover as it still gives you access to a variety of savings that are utilized with or without a service scheduled that month. It is your responsibility to schedule your appointments accordingly and come in.

Can I gift my monthly service to a friend or family member?

No, unfortunately your monthly membership is for use by the member only and cannot be transferred to another person.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes! You can cancel your membership. The minimum monthly membership commitment for SkinRX Southlake VIP Membership is 4 months. There is a $125 Early Cancellation Fee if you decide to terminate your membership prior to 4 months. After 4 Months, a 30 day written notice is required to cancel your membership.

How do I pay for my membership? Are membership fees refundable?

Your membership monthly cost of $75 will be auto-drafted each month. This entitles you to 40% off all facial services as well as additional laser, injectable and product discounts. If your payment declines, a $25 fee will be assessed.

Membership fees are non-refundable.
