At SkinRx Clinical Spa, our D·E·J BioStim™ Series by Revision Skincare® brings together three professional treatments, an included home-care kit, and guidance from your provider. For SkinRx Society members, we designed this package to fit into the care you already receive.
What is D·E·J BioStim?
D·E·J BioStim is a professional topical biostimulator applied without needles. Revision reports improvements in firmness, elasticity, fine lines, texture, pore appearance, and radiance, along with support for natural collagen and elastin production.
Revision recommends three treatments spaced two to four weeks apart. Its published clinical results come from a 12-week study using four-week intervals. Individual results vary.1
How it fits into your monthly facial routine
The purpose of our member package is to create a connected plan around your regular visits.
When appropriate for your skin and the selected facial protocol, we can combine your first BioStim treatment with your monthly facial appointment. You then return two weeks later for a standalone BioStim treatment. Your provider schedules the third session based on your skin’s response and your ongoing facial routine.
For example, your plan may look like this:
- First visit: Your monthly facial or microneedling appointment with an appropriate BioStim protocol.
- Two weeks later: A standalone BioStim treatment.
- Third visit: Your final BioStim session, timed with your provider.
We assess the facial steps and products together before pairing treatments. Your appointment is customized to what your skin needs that day.
A whole-plan approach to your skin
The beauty of this series is its flexibility. Your overall SkinRx plan may include Hydrafacial, microneedling, or microcurrent facials alongside your BioStim series. We coordinate these services around your goals, skin response, and recovery needs.
Some services may share an appointment when the protocols allow; others are scheduled separately. In particular, microneedling requires its own assessment of timing and recovery. Including treatments in the same plan does not mean applying BioStim to freshly microneedled skin.

Why we include the home-care kit
We want you to leave knowing how to care for your skin between appointments.
The included kit is an important part of the program, chosen to support preparation, recovery, and consistent home care as we work toward your best results. Your provider walks you through the products, explains when to use them, and reviews any changes needed to your current routine.
Published research on the antioxidant biostimulating treatment included a structured home-care regimen alongside three professional sessions at monthly intervals. That supports treating home care as part of the program. It does not establish that our exact kit independently increases results or that combining treatments produces the same study outcomes.2

What does treatment feel like?
You may experience burning, stinging, itching, or tingling during application. Temporary redness, dryness, tightness, and light flaking can occur afterward. Downtime is generally minimal, but experiences vary. More peeling does not mean better results.1
Early in your series, you may notice dryness or flaking. We want you to feel prepared for that possibility. Let your provider know how your skin responds so we can guide your home care and next appointment. Additional treatments can change your recovery experience.
Before treatment, we review your skin, medications, allergies, and recent procedures to determine whether BioStim is appropriate. You receive personalized preparation and aftercare instructions.
