Roxanne Drese
In 2015, Roxanne 'Roxy' Drese launched SkinRX Clinical Spa with the dream of helping clients learn to love their skin, and themselves. What started out as a single-room suite has grown to over 15 employees, two locations, and a bigger mission to give back to the community of Southlake and greater DFW.
Roxy personally understands what it's like to have less-than perfect skin. Like many of her clients, she has struggled with Rosacea, Melasma, Cystic Acne and Melanoma skin cancer in 2014.
Roxy's personal experience drives her genuine care and concern for her clients, many of whom have been with her from the beginning. She is proud to celebrate each success and milestone with them on their journey to beautiful skin.
Notable awards include 1st Place in The Skin Games, Age Management Category in 2018, and she was named Dermascope's National Favorite Licensed Esthetician in 2021.
Roxy has 2 teen daughters and enjoys outdoor lake sports, food, wine and traveling!

Kristen Kreitzinger
Kristen is our Clinical Spa Director. With over 15 years of diverse management experience, her career has spanned across various fields, including pharmacy, radiology, and successful ownership of her own businesses.
At SkinRX she brings her expertise to the forefront, managing everything from team culture, daily operations, in-depth reporting, training initiatives, to seamless process implementation. She's dedicated to providing our clients with the highest standard of care and a truly rejuvenating experience. Your well-being is her priority, and she's committed to ensuring that your visit to SkinRX is nothing short of exceptional.
Her favorite SkinRx service is a tie between a Hydrafacial and Lip Filler. She was born and raised in Georgia, was a previous barista and is the coffee plug for all SkinRx Employees!

Kat Nguyen
Meet Kat Nguyen, our experienced Nurse Injector who specializes in advanced full facial balancing. She prides herself on giving you a natural enhancement and plan to maintain your results. She has trained amongst the best in the world, recently in the UK and under Shino Bay, MD.
Kat received her Bachelors of Nursing in Science at UTA and started her nurse injecting career in 2015. She has years of experience not only in aesthetic injections, but also working in ER trauma units.
She first pursued nursing to help others feel their ultimate best. Kat has invested in many extensive trainings over the years and is excited to continue to provide her patients the most impactful and safest treatments.
Kat and her husband have two children, Khloe and Jackson. When not busy with them she loves her self-care treatments and traveling.

Kaitlyn Taylor
Kaitlyn started off as a Licensed Esthetician at a five star Spa and joined SkinRX in 2021. She primarily focuses on facials, skincare and the functional relationship between the skin and body. Aside from skincare, Kaitlyn enjoys brow shaping, waxing and learning about all aspects of the beauty & wellness industry.
She loves SkinRx’s variety of clinical treatments, and is excited to use top of the line skincare that will give optimal results, while still creating a personalized, soothing facial experience for each client. Her favorite product is the iS Clinical Warming Honey Cleanser and in her free time she enjoys going out with her dog, Kylo.

Candice Roberts
Candice joined the aesthetic world with a passion to help others feel their very best in 2009. She is a Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer who is focused on result driven services. Using various lasers, chemical peels and several other advanced treatments her clients are always on countdown for their next appointment. Candice has been a client of SkinRX this last year and we are thrilled she is joining us!
When she is not in the treatment room, Candice can be found playing pickleball with her college sweetheart husband and staying busy with their two active boys! She also loves her self-care time getting regular treatments herself.
